By accessing or using StoreOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Beta Usage

You acknowledge that StoreOS is currently in Public Beta. The service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs or experience downtime. We are not liable for any data loss during the beta period, though we take every precaution to prevent it.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and complete. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The StoreOS platform, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StoreOS Inc. and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
